The wiiw Monthly Database contains about 1.400 time series of key economic indicators for countries in Central, East and Southeast Europe. The database

permits a timely discovery of trends
allows a more detailed analysis than annual data
starts for most time series in 1990 or 1991, for some Southeast European countries from 2000 (View available series)

NEW: As of March 2010, time series for the new EU member states previously taken from national sources have been replaced by Eurostat data and methodology (mostly from 2000 onwards).
A detailed description of the changes can be found here.
This change enables you to compare the wiiw monthly data with Eurostat data on other EU countries.

Attention: Due to this reorganization of the database, queries previously defined and stored may result in incomplete or missing data. We kindly ask you to redefine your queries.
